Shipping Policy:
All orders are sent F.O.B. from one or more of our warehouses or drop shipping locations, unless otherwise stated. Products are shipped via UPS Ground, unless motor freight is necessary and / or more economical. All orders are shipped UPS with “No Signature Required”, unless a signature is requested at the time the order is placed at a cost of $2.50 per shipment. If a package is lost or stolen with no signature required, UPS will not cover it and Bargain Bench, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order. For a Return Authorization, email your request to customerservice@bargainbench.com .
Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order amount.
Our Guarantee:
All products are warranted to the customer against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for 60 days from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any defective merchandise under this warranty when it is returned to our factory, with freight prepaid, and with prior “Return Authorization”. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim. Warranty on door glass does not apply to breakage due to mishandling.
Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by emailing your request to customerservice@bargainbench.com . All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order for credit to be issued, merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Original shipping and signature costs are not refundable. All requests for Return Authorization must be requested within 10 days of purchase.
