What is Eucalyptus grandis used in some of your products?
Eucalyptus grandis is native to the east coast of Australia and is sometimes called rose gum.
Rose gum timber is typically used for things like joinery, plywood, panelling, boat building, flooring, utility poles, mine timbers, and posts, which makes it excellent for outdoor wooden furniture.
Many of your products are made from Wrought Iron. Why?
Products made from Wrought Iron are very durable and often will last a lifetime. Thus you will not have to purchase a replacement in a few years.
What is special about Pineapple designs?
The Pineapple is the ultimate symbol of hospitality.
It was a gift to America from Christopher Columbus, who carried it with him from the West Indies in 1493. The exotic fruit was so hard to come by in America, it was considered an act of great generosity to share one with a friend or guest.
What Courier do you use to ship your products?
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless motor freight is necessary and/or more economical.
How long would it take a product to arrive?
Since most items will be shipped via UPS Ground, your order should arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
What is your return policy?
To return an item, you must email us for a return authorization and you will be responsible for the return shipping expense to our warehouse shipping location. There will be a 20% restocking fee and we will not refund the original shipping charges.
Items must be received at our warehouse shipping location within 14 days and must be received in sellable condition.
